What IETM Means
IETM stands for
Interactive Electronic Technical Manual
An IETM is not a PDF on a tablet. The distinction is that its content is data rather than pages, so the system can filter by configuration, follow a fault isolation path, resolve a reference, and record what was shown.
A legacy class scale from Class I, meaning electronically indexed page images, up through Class V, meaning integrated diagnostics, still circulates and contracts still cite it. It is worth knowing what a class citation means, and worth more to ask what the deliverable is actually expected to do.
