Flight Crew Operating Manual
The FCOM is the reference the crew works from, tailored by the operator within the limits the manufacturer and the approved flight manual allow.
It sits in a hierarchy: where the approved flight manual and the FCOM appear to disagree, the flight manual wins, which is why FCOM revisions are checked against it rather than issued independently.
