Who It's For

Content Managers & Architects

You are designing the structure everyone else will live inside: the content model, the business rules, the reuse strategy, the migration. The decisions are cheap to make now and extremely expensive to revisit once a library is built on top of them.

The decisions that actually matter

Most architecture reviews we run come down to a handful of choices that were made early, quickly, and without much evidence. They are recoverable, but the cost of recovery scales with how much content has been produced since.

  • Which specification, at which issue — and what your suppliers can actually deliver against
  • How applicability and effectivity are modeled, which decides whether one fleet addition is an afternoon or a quarter
  • Where the source of truth lives, and whether it is genuinely a managed repository or a directory with ambitions
  • How much of the business rule set you enforce, versus document and hope for

How we work with you

We come in as a second set of experienced eyes rather than as a vendor with a predetermined answer. Most engagements start with an assessment of what you have and what it will cost to get where you are going, and a fair number of them conclude that the platform you already own is fine and the model on top of it is not.

  • Content audits and gap assessments against the standard you owe
  • Content architecture and data modeling, including the business rule set
  • Migration design from legacy and unstructured sources, with validation gates so non-compliant content never reaches the deliverable
  • Platform selection and build-versus-buy evaluation, independent of what we sell

Migration is the hard part

Everyone quotes the migration in. Very few plan the validation, the exceptions, and the supplier content that arrives in a format nobody agreed to. We build conversion pipelines that pair automation with inspection, because the content that breaks a migration is never the content anyone sampled.
